From an ancient recipe that has been handed down for generations, a soft cake that enhances the true flavor of the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut.

Choose the Classic Hazelnut Cake or our special Tastëlanghe Dark Hazelnut Cake , both are flour-free, yeast-free, milk-free and gluten-free.

Classic Hazelnut Cake Ingredients:

5 0% " Nocciola Piemonte IGP" , cane sugar, pasteurized egg white, low-fat cocoa powder, pea proteins and fibers. Preservative: potassium sorbate, salt.

    Average values per 100g: Energy 1973KJ/475Kcal, Fat 33g of which saturated fat 2.6g, Carbohydrates 28g of which sugars 26g, Protein 13g, Salt 0.51mg

    Ingredients for Dark Hazelnut Cake:

    " Piedmont IGP Hazelnut" from the Langhe 30% , raw cane sugar, pasteurized egg white, dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa and cocoa mass, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder, potato starch, pea protein and fiber. Preservative: potassium sorbate, salt.

      Average values per 100g: Energy 1822KJ/437Kcal, Fat 25g (of which saturated fat 4.1g), Carbohydrates 37g of which sugars 33g, Fiber 8g, Protein 12g, Salt 0.50g

      1 Tin of Hazelnut Cake 50% Piedmont Hazelnut PGI "delle langhe" 350g

        Semplicemente stupenda!

        La torta di nocciole l’avevo già trovata squisita, ma questa versione “fondente” coi pezzetti di cioccolato va oltre ogni immaginazione. Se poi si vuole esagerare, come faccio io, una leggera colata di crema nocciola brown (ma anche dark) e si tocca il paradiso con un dito!

        Una delizia per il palato.

        Avrei dovuto scattare le foto subito, sono bastati tre giorni ed ecco che la crema e le nocciole sono finite. La torta era nascosta e quindi ho ancora qualche speranza di mangiarne un paio di fette. I prodotti Tastëlanghe sono molto buoni e di ottima qualità. Li acquisto per me e da regalare. Li consiglio assolutamente.
